Turning trash into treasure. This is a sustainably made liqueur, designed to turn kitchen waste into flavour. Using waste orange peels from our local mates at Roastville Coffee Merchants, we add lemon, mandarin, finger lime and cassia, offering a generous almost satiny soft citrus liqueur. It's a conscious, delicious alternative to Cointreau or triple sec–a drink that's as good for the environment as it is for cocktails, reflecting Sydney's innovative, sustainability-driven food scene.

We suggest you use this in a classic Margarita, or on the rocks with a wedge of orange.
