PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods, holidays, or due to courier disruptions.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or international destinations outside of Australia.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible, but we cannot replace orders marked as delivered.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
