Using our Old Tom Gin as a base, we reserve this sweet summer liquid in a barrel formerly used for heavily peated whiskey and let it rest for four months. It’s got more character than a Clint Eastwood Western, deep warm amber notes suffused with sweet, smokey and slightly vegetal flavours.

Try neat or with ice like a light peated whisky or an aged mezcal. Also goes down excellently in a gin-led Old Fashioned, in place of whisky.
