A turbocharged take on a prohibition cocktail, we’d go so far as to say the most unique bottled cocktail in Australia right now. Traditionally gin, honey and citrus, we’ve added yuzu sake, and lined the inside of the bottle with beeswax.

As the cocktail sits in the bottle it  draws all the lipids out of the bees wax and imparts the cocktail with layers of unctuous honey flavour, combined with the fresh bite of sour citrus. The beauty of the bees wax lies in its uniqueness, each batch of wax is uniquely different depending on the bees, what time of year it is and what they are pollinating.
