Closing the loop. Using waste orange peels from our local mates at Roastville Coffee Merchants, we add lemon, mandarin, finger lime and cassia, offering a generous almost satiny soft citrus liqueur, perfect on ice or as an addition to any cocktails calling for extra citrus or liqueur.

She’s been subtly laying low under our Ester Tester range for a while now, but she’s making her debut with a shiny new label of her own.
